Pricing coming soon

Flat per-store monthly. Everything included.

We’re finalizing the number. The shape of the pricing is already locked: one flat monthly per store, no per-feature unlocks, no per-tech upcharge, no take on your sales. Drop your email and you’ll see it before anyone else.

In every plan

No tier ladder. No "Pro" upsell to unlock the feature you need.

  • Every feature in the product — POS, repairs, inventory, AI scan, Print Maestro, customer portal, reporting, buyback, leads, time clock
  • Unlimited staff seats
  • Unlimited tickets, customers, and inventory items
  • Unlimited customer SMS (your Twilio cost only — we don't mark it up)
  • Email integrations (vendor scan, customer comms, magic-link auth)
  • Supplier integrations (MobileSentrix, Amazon Business, eBay)
  • Card processing via your own merchant account — bring your existing rates
  • Cloud printing via Print Maestro — no per-printer charge

What we won’t do

The line items that show up on your other software’s bill and never on ours.

  • No per-feature unlocks. The whole product is the product.
  • No per-tech / per-seat license fees
  • No transaction take on your sales — your money is yours
  • No SMS markup beyond your Twilio bill
  • No multi-year contracts. Month-to-month, cancel any time.

How we think about pricing

FixLogic was built inside a working repair shop, by a shop owner who got tired of paying for things that should already be in the tool. The pricing reflects that: one monthly fee per store, set at a level a single mid-volume shop can comfortably afford, no ladder of tiers designed to squeeze more out as you grow.

If we ever have to charge for a new module separately, it’ll be because the underlying service genuinely costs us money per use — like SMS or third-party AI calls — and we’ll pass those through at cost, not mark them up.

Get on the waitlist. The first email goes out the day pricing opens — before any social, blog, or paid ad. Multi-store operators get a separate quote (small bulk break, not a tier).
