How we think about pricing
FixLogic was built inside a working repair shop, by a shop owner who got tired of paying for things that should already be in the tool. The pricing reflects that: one monthly fee per store, set at a level a single mid-volume shop can comfortably afford, no ladder of tiers designed to squeeze more out as you grow.
If we ever have to charge for a new module separately, it’ll be because the underlying service genuinely costs us money per use — like SMS or third-party AI calls — and we’ll pass those through at cost, not mark them up.

- How do I get set up?
- Request access and we set your shop up with you. You get your own subdomain and a private workspace, and we help you get your team logged in and running.
- Can I bring my existing customers, inventory, and open tickets?
- Yes. We help migrate your customers, inventory, and in-progress tickets during onboarding, so you're not starting from an empty system.
- Is my shop's data isolated from other shops?
- Yes. Every shop runs in its own tenant with strict data isolation — your customers, tickets, and numbers are never visible to any other shop on the platform.
- Which supplier integrations are supported?
- MobileSentrix, Amazon Business, and eBay are live for ordering and order tracking. You connect your own vendor accounts.
- Are there per-tech or per-seat fees?
- No. Staff seats are unlimited and included — you're never charged per technician or per login.
